= Construct 307

== Short Description

Construct 307 is a specialised database system designed for the management and presentation of residential and commercial real estate. The database will store comprehensive details for every building and will be structured to include details for each floor and each flat/unit. The system will also track the contributors to the project linking the building with the respective architect or architects and the material suppliers. The primary focus of the system is the status of the flats/units being up for sale; reserved; sold. This allows for end users to have relevant information on the building they are viewing, as well as the database owner having track of the status on all of their buildings.

If I proceed with this project, the primary goal will be building a consumer oriented interactive web application. This platform will allow potential buyers to visually browse buildings, explore floors and inquire on flats/units they are interested in. Additionally, the project serves an important business function by providing the company with a management tool. The system will enable the tracking of sales, interest in a property and an easy way to contact buyers based on their inquiry.
