hotfix: ghost cards edge case with two accounts

• When there are only two accounts for the user, instead of showing the

top card and the two ghost cards(misleading you that there are a lot of
accounts), show only the top one and a single ghost card to indicate
that there is only one more, enhancing the UX for the user
