feat: Introduce (app) group for auth/nav guarding

• Added a new route group called app which will be used to guard the

unauthorized users from entering the routes inside it by redirecting
them to the login page and setting the callback URL to the home
initially, but later will change it dynamically

• Added home page, initially a scaffolding of "Welcome to FEiN"

to not be empty

• In the actions, made all of the above possible by updating the

authenticate server action

• Changed the default callback URL from dashboard to home in both

the Login and Register forms
