feat: Stop hard-coding and detect “app routes”

• Added a emantic rule, not a single path:
  • Public auth pages(login and register)
  • Public landing(/)
  • Protected app pages(all the rest)

When the app routes will evolve:

• /home
• /profile
• /accounts
• /transactions
• /settings

This logic handles all of them automatically
