fix: enhance menu close detection

• Added menuRef to better detect clicks outside the dropdown menu in AccountFilterIcon. The menu now properly closes when clicking outside its boundaries. The addition of menuRef ensures improved handling of external clicks by checking if the click target is contained within the menu itself
