fix: add middleware.ts since it's not next v16 for proxy

• Since proxy.ts is valid for Next v16, adding the old style of proxy

which is middleware.ts in order to fix the redirecting to auth from
non-auth page

• Reverted the commented part of the proxy and kept it for when I upgrade

the version
