Fixed addition of transactions, implemented better printing

• get_transactions() now gets the current user and checks if it's an admin or not, then accordingly to that it will show differently filtered data for the transactions
• Added an endpoint for retrieval of specific transaction's breakdowns
• Added respective BreakdownResponse
• In the models added the support for time zones for the Transaction's date member
• In the CLI app, found and fixed the bug for not creating a transaction in the database, had to change from the mistaken GET query to a POST query
• Added the better formating and inclusion of breakdowns right there too
