feat: Implement Bottom Nav

• Followed the UI design and implemented pill-like rounded slightly translucent bottom navigation with two icons on the left(Home/History) middle "plus" button and two icons on the right(Analytics/Profile)
• Updated the App Layout to include the Bottom Navigation at it's bottom
• Added safe zone padding in global.css
