Message:

Fix adding transactions and viewing transaction tags

• Extended and fixed the adding of new transactions with the target_account and tag_id
• Included an optional addition of breakdowns and tags when entering the transaction
• Updated the method view_transaction_tags with fethcing only tags associated with concrete transactions by their IDs

To accomodate for the above changes in the cli application:

• Updated the class for creation of transactions to include all the new updates in it
• Updated the post request for transactions to include the new updates and how to show them once requested
• Fixed the get request for transaction-specific tags to accomodate the new change in cli app
