- Admin Dashboard Overview When logged in as an Administrator, the following main sections become available in the navigation bar: Category, Subscription Plans, Support Ticket, Logout These options allow the administrator to manage the core entities of the system. [[Image(Admin.PNG, 100%, center)]] - Support Ticket (Admin) By selecting Support Ticket from the navigation menu, the administrator is redirected to the Support Ticket Management Page. From the Support Ticket menu option, the administrator can perform the following actions: - Viewing Support Tickets After navigating to the Support Tickets page, the administrator is presented with a table containing all submitted tickets. Each ticket includes the following information: Ticket ID, Subject, Description, Status (OPEN / RESOLVED), Actions Each support ticket has a clearly displayed status: OPEN – the ticket is still active and requires attention RESOLVED – the issue has been addressed and closed For tickets with status OPEN, the administrator can click the Resolve button. By selecting this action: The ticket status is updated from OPEN to RESOLVED The ticket is marked as completed and no longer requires further action [[Image(SubTicket.PNG, 100%, center)]]
