== Short description about the project

This project aims to develop a database for a medical system that will allow organized storage and management of medical information. The system will include data about patients, doctors, medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatments. By using a database, the system will enable faster access to information, better organization of data, and reduce the possibility of errors during data entry and use. The main goal of the project is to create a structured and efficient system that will allow easy management of medical records. The database will be designed so that the data is connected through appropriate relationships, making it easier to track patient history and their medical examinations. The system will contain different types of data such as personal information about patients, information about doctors, records of scheduled and completed examinations, as well as details about diagnoses and prescribed treatments. The project requirements are for the system to be clear, well-organized, and capable of allowing quick data entry, updating, and searching. In this way, the database will contribute to more efficient management of medical information.
