Message:

Changed so that the course filtering is done in the frontend, for better ux and less load in the backend. This is because in the beginning the number of courses won't be big. Also added skeletons when the content is loaded. Changed so that the courses are fetched in the courses page, and on app load the recommended courses are fetched and the user enrollments.
