| | 5 | 1. The team coordinator proposes a team. The coordinator can decide if the team is open for anyone to join and how many team members are allowed. |

| | 7 | 2. If the team is open for anyone to join, anyone can try to join the team, but it is up to the coordinator to accept and approve who will become a member of the team. |

| | 9 | 3. The project coordinator proposes a project. This can be done in advance, before others join the team, or can be done after the team is formed and everyone has agreed on the project. |

| | 11 | 4. Discuss the project idea with the teacher during consultations. All team members must be present. |

| | 13 | 5. Revise the idea if instructed to do so by the teacher. |
