Store and Owner Registration

1. The user selects the option to register as a store owner.

2. The system displays a registration form for personal and store data.

3. The user submits personal information.

4. The application inserts a new record into the personal table.

5. The application registers the user as a boss in boss.

7. The application creates a new store entry in store.
