+
+## Statement of Purpose
+
+The laws of most jurisdictions throughout the world automatically confer
+exclusive Copyright and Related Rights (defined below) upon the creator and

+### enableProgressiveCustomProperties
+
+The `enableProgressiveCustomProperties` option determines whether the original notation
+is wrapped with `@supports` when used in Custom Properties. By default, it is enabled.
