Initiating actor: Owner

Description

An owner records medical information for one of their pets by creating a health record.

Scenario

  1. Owner goes to "My Animals" page.
  2. Clicks on a pet.
  3. Owner clicks the "Add health record" button.
  4. Owner fills in the form and submits it.
