Move and stylize the navbar

• Move it at the bottom of every screen
• Stylized it
  • Made 4 links to navigate through the views
  • Added a circle with a plus sign in the middle for adding new transactions on the fly, floating at all times slightly above the navbar but part of it
  • Added CSS for all this and stylized it
