Removed Home and added the first screen - TransactionAccounts

• Replace Home component and view with TransactionAccountsComponent and TransactionAccounts view
• Replaced the links from Home with windows which will be present in TransactionAccountsComponent and changed the CSS accordingly
• Changed the navbar to display TransactionAccounts instead of Home
  • Added dummy links for the next views that will be implemented
  • Added CSS styling for the navbar
• Removed the header.svg, not used anymore
• Minor comment fix in main
