Added reports menu with 3 reports for start

In prototype backend:

• Removed the old reports GET endpoint, which was placeholder
• Added GET endpoints for total spending, spending by category and spending by date range

In prototype application:

• Exchanged the placeholder function view_reports() with reports_menu() which opens up a menu
• Implemented a reports menu which can go back to the user menu, or the user can select a type of report that he wants to see
• For start added only the total spending, spending by category and spending by date range
• Added a new line at the end of the file
