Added admin bypassses to every endpoint

In the prototype backedn:

• Updated the comments to include the new changes
• Added admin bypasses adn priviledges to every endpoint where that is possible and makes sense, now there are two "modes", one for admins where they can add, get, modify or delete acrsoss every table, and there is the regular user mode where only user's data in the tables can be accessed, modified, added and deleted
