feat: add Trac Wiki documentation

• Created new comprehensive documentation detailing the complete specifications, phases, team contributions and technical aspects of the FEiN project. This includes an extensive description of the planned web application for personal finance management, designed to minimize manual transaction entries and errors. It also covers the database design, showcasing the entity-relationship model, normalization, advanced database functionalities such as triggers and views, as well as advanced application development and performance optimization.
