How to start working on a project
Use the EPRMS (Educational Project and Resources Management System) available here: https://develop.finki.ukim.mk/eprms
Within the course:
- Fill in the project survey in the course and choose that you want to work on a project.
- After the survey deadline, all students who have chosen to work on a project are given permissions to use the EPRMS (Educational Project and Resources Management System) available here: https://develop.finki.ukim.mk/eprms
Within the EPRMS system:
- The team coordinator proposes a team. The coordinator can decide if the team is open for anyone to join and how many team members are allowed.
- If the team is open for anyone to join, anyone can try to join the team, but it is up to the coordinator to accept and approve who will become a member of the team.
- The project coordinator proposes a project. This can be done in advance, before others join the team, or can be done after the team is formed and everyone has agreed on the project.
- Discuss the project idea with the teacher during consultations. All team members must be present.
- Revise the idea if instructed to do so by the teacher.
- The teacher approves the team and the project and creates a project management and documentation web-site here: https://develop.finki.ukim.mk/projects
- The team can start working on the project.
Check ProjectPhases for more information on regular work until the end of the project.
