| | 7 | 1. Fill in the project survey in the course and choose that you want to work on a project. |

| | 9 | 2. After the survey deadline, all students who have chosen to work on a project are given permissions to use the EPRMS (Educational Project and Resources Management System) available here: https://develop.finki.ukim.mk/eprms |

| | 11 | Within the EPRMS system: |

| | 13 | 3. The team coordinator proposes a team. The coordinator can decide if the team is open for anyone to join and how many team members are allowed. |

| | 15 | 4. If the team is open for anyone to join, anyone can try to join the team, but it is up to the coordinator to accept and approve who will become a member of the team. |

| | 17 | 5. The project coordinator proposes a project. This can be done in advance, before others join the team, or can be done after the team is formed and everyone has agreed on the project. |

| | 19 | 6. Discuss the project idea with the teacher during consultations. All team members must be present. |

| | 21 | 7. Revise the idea if instructed to do so by the teacher. |
