User Views Public Reading List

1. When the user navigates to the Reading List tab, they can see all public reading lists created by the community.

2. After clicking on a reading list, the user can view the reading list's title and its items, including the stories it contains, their genres, and who created them.

3. After clicking on a story from the reading list, the user will be redirected to the Story Details screen.
