Update database connection strings and initialize migration for schema changes

• Changed the database connection strings in both appsettings.Development.json and appsettings.json to point to a new host with updated credentials.
• Added initial migration files (20251211135004_inital.Designer.cs and 20251211135004_inital.cs) to set up the database schema, including tables for ActiveSemesters, Documents, Majors, Subjects, User, and related entities.
• Defined relationships and constraints between tables in the migration.
• Seeded initial data for Majors table.
