UseCase13 - Confirm a finished appointment
Initiating actor: VetClinic
Description
After the scheduled appointment time has passed, the system prompts the clinic to confirm the outcome of the appointment. The clinic staff must choose one of the outcomes: DONE (completed) or NO_SHOW (client did not attend). The system updates the appointment status accordingly.
