Implementation Database in Access

The database will be implemented in Access. In order to have a clear view about the implementation in general and about the tables and the relationships that exist between them there will be a description for each table. Microsoft Access is a database management system from Microsoft, with a graphical user interface and software-development tools.
The database is consisted of 4+1 tables: tblPatients, tblExaminatin, tblLab, tblAppointment and also table of login.
