PROJECT OVERVIEW
Creating a windows application for any medical center is very important issue because the medical information of a patient is one of the most sensitive types of information. Medical information typically includes aspects of a person’s physical health such as treatments, medicines and diagnoses. Maintaining accurate records is crucial for patient treatment. A poor record may result in erroneous treatments, loss of insurance, or other problems for the patient or the health center. In order to avoid problems i should have in mind the followings: o Information about patient age, gender, and others, because those characteristics may have an effect on the diagnosis and treatment of the patient and it is important to keep this information accurate. o Detailed record of what has been done to a patient during a specific stay at the center. This is necessary for medical, billing and other reasons. o Patients may return to the center and we need to relate new treatments to past treatments. Before starting to create the application it is very important to create the database because it is the core part from which will be taken the data. In the database will be saved everything, including data about the doctor, patients and all other medical records.
